Chef Rob has been cooking professionally since around 1989. He wasn't really sure what he wanted to do in life until he was offered a prep cook position at The Lake Café. Once he stepped foot in that kitchen, there was no looking back. Rob went from prepping to cooking on the line and then eventually becoming Sous Chef in a matter of four years.
It was after all of this that Chef Rob decided to make a move to learn a little more about his new found craft. He went down south for the winter to Jupiter, Florida
