Chris joined his brother who was working in Atlanta and was employed as the senior chef for The Vintage Tavern. He was part of this enterprise from its inception, designing the kitchen and creating the menu. He also assisted in the development of Zucca, sister restaurant to The Vintage Tavern. He has been the senior chef for Charley and Barney’s, another establishment of the same owners a the previous Atlanta restaurants. Here he was asked to redesign the menu and facilitate the redesign of the kitchen.
Most recently he was employed at Saucy Bella, Orlando, Florida.
Chris has 15 years experience in the restaurant industry. he has demonstrated both diversity and mastery of many culinary styles. Chris has proven to be an excellent instructor in food preparation techniques and is aware of the demands upon all areas in a successful kitchen operation.

Chris’ introduction to food services was to work at the Lake Cafe, a fine dining restaurant on Staten Island featuring continental cuisine. He began as a Sous Chef while still a teenager. Chris quickly progressed from Sous Chef to being an alternating chef in charge.
